应用可变模糊集对立统一定理,在分析土石坝安全影响因素的基础上,参照大坝安全评价导则,构建了大坝安全评价指标体系及其评价等级标准,建立了基于可变模糊集对立统一定理的土石坝安全评价模型。利用该模型对工程实例进行了分析,并与集对分析方法得到的结果进行了比较。结果表明,该模型评价结果与集对分析方法得到的结论一致,但基于可变模糊集对立统一定理的评价方法概念更清晰、计算更简便,优于基于集对分析的土石坝安全评价方法。

The paper applies the opposite and unity theorem of variable fuzzy sets to develop a dam safety evaluation model with the establishmentof the evaluation index system of dam safety and its classification criterion based on the analysis of influence factors of dam safety and evaluation guide rules of dam safety. The model was used to analyze the engineering samples and the evaluation results were compared w ith those obtained from the setpair analysis method. The results show ed thatthe both meth-ods generate similar conclusions, butthe evaluation method based on the opposite and unity theorem of variable fuzzy sets is clearer and easier for calculation, and therefore itis better than the setpair analysis method in evaluation of dam safety.
