目的：探讨多排螺旋CT在儿童多发肾母细胞瘤的CT诊断、术前评估及术后随访中的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析我院14例多发肾母细胞瘤患儿的CT影像资料及临床资料。其中10例经手术、4例经穿刺活检病理证实。结果CT检查共检出35个病灶，右肾16个，左肾19个。其中双肾各单发1个病灶9例；左肾2个病灶、右肾正常2例；右肾1个病灶、左肾2个病灶1例；右肾3个病灶、左肾正常1例；右肾3个、左肾4个病灶1例。CT检查与临床及手术结果相一致。结论多排螺旋CT可明确显示肿瘤的位置、数量、大小、周围组织情况及有无远处转移，为多发肾母细胞瘤的术前评估提供重要依据，同时在术后的随访中也具有重要的临床意义。

Objective To assess the value of multi-detector-row CT(MDCT)for diagnosis of multiple Wilms tumors in children.Methods The clinical records and CT of 14 children with pathologically proved multiple Wilms tumors were reviewed. Results Of 16 right-and 19 left-sided tumors,18(9 patients)were solitary tumors in bilateral kidneys,4(2 patients)were unilateral left-sided,1 right-and 2 left-sided(1 patient),3 unilateral right-sided(1 patient),3 right-and 4 left-sided(1 patient).CT findings correlated well with pathological diagnosis.Conclusions MDCT can demonstrate the location,quantity and size of Wilms tumors as well as invasion of adjacent tissues and metastases.
