The sulfuric acid was used to decompose the waste residue from nickel metallurgy ,sodium hydroxide was used to treat the sulfuric acid decompose residue for prepating sodium silicate and highly dispersed silica w hite .T he high-purity iron oxide and nickel concentrate can be obtained using the sulfuric acid solution .In addition ,after the further purify ,magnesium hydroxide products can be obtained by ammonia precipitation process .The best process conditions and technological process were determined .
