为解决市场需求与电力紧张的矛盾,对原St12钢种的生产工艺进行了优化,通过“脱氧渣洗”和“强化氩站处理”,成功开发出了不采用LF精炼的新工艺,满足用户要求,并且连浇率提高,电耗降低,为企业创造了较好的效益。
為解決市場需求與電力緊張的矛盾,對原St12鋼種的生產工藝進行瞭優化,通過“脫氧渣洗”和“彊化氬站處理”,成功開髮齣瞭不採用LF精煉的新工藝,滿足用戶要求,併且連澆率提高,電耗降低,為企業創造瞭較好的效益。

To solve the contradictory between the market demand and vacancy of electricity.The original product process of St12 has been optimized.By washing of deoxidizing slag and strengthening treatment of argon stirring station,the new process without LF refining is developed successfully,which meets user re-quirements and the water rate is improved,but the expend of electricity is reduced.It has created a good benefit for the enterprise.
