The optimization measures on the screening section of waste paper pulping process was introduced in this article, in which the traditional three-stage pressurized screening systrm was transformed into sigle stage screening incorporated with reifning. The transformation got to the excellent effect with equipment failure rate reduced, unplanned downtime decreased, the yield raised by 1.5 percent and power consumption reduced by 3%.
