为提高混合动力汽车的安全性和可靠性,采用LabVIEW软件开发一种CAN网络在线监测功能与故障诊断功能相结合的诊断系统,能够在线监测各控制器节点中的状态参数,且可以通过故障诊断模块分析混合动力系统状态参数和历史故障数据,进行故障诊断并给出适当的解决方案。通过硬件在环仿真试验,结果表明该系统不仅可实时监测混合动力系统中各个节点的状态,还可以根据整车参数进行故障诊断与分析,系统的实时性与可靠性均能满足混合动力汽车整车要求。

In order to improve hybrid electric vehicle’ s safety and reliability, this paper used the Lab-VIEW to develop CAN network online monitoring and fault diagnosis function of the combination of diagno-sis system. The system can monitor the parameters of the controller node state on-line, and can analysis of hybrid power system parameters and fault data, according to the fault diagnosis module, and was given the appropriate solutions. Through the hardware in the loop simulation test, the results show that this sys-tem can real-time monitoring of hybrid systems in the various state of the node, can also according to the parameters of the entire vehicle fault diagnosis and analysis, the real time and the reliability of the system can meet the requirements of hybrid electric vehicle.
