This paper gives some design ideas for improving luminous efficacy and luminous flux of self-ballasted fluorescent lamps (CFL) from the perspectives of the choice of phosphor, the proportion allocation of phosphor, the improvement of product process, and the debugging of ballasts, etc. And the validity of this method has been proved by the examples.
