目的：研究角质细胞生长因子（ keratinocyte growth factor ， KGF）在卵巢癌增殖和侵袭过程中的作用，进一步探讨其在卵巢癌转移和侵袭过程中的分子机制。方法用transwell 法检测不同浓度的KGF对卵巢癌细胞系的侵袭情况的影响；用四甲基偶氮唑盐比色法（ MTT法）检测KGF对卵巢癌细胞系增殖情况的影响；用Western blot方法确定KGF在NIH3T3中的表达。结果不同浓度的KGF对卵巢癌细胞系的侵袭能力有着不同的促进作用，以100 pmol/L组最为明显（ P＜0.01）。结论 KGF对卵巢癌细胞系的增殖和侵袭有促进作用。
목적：연구각질세포생장인자（ keratinocyte growth factor ， KGF）재란소암증식화침습과정중적작용，진일보탐토기재란소암전이화침습과정중적분자궤제。방법용transwell 법검측불동농도적KGF대란소암세포계적침습정황적영향；용사갑기우담서염비색법（ MTT법）검측KGF대란소암세포계증식정황적영향；용Western blot방법학정KGF재NIH3T3중적표체。결과불동농도적KGF대란소암세포계적침습능력유착불동적촉진작용，이100 pmol/L조최위명현（ P＜0.01）。결론 KGF대란소암세포계적증식화침습유촉진작용。
Objective To explore the molecular mechanisms in the process of ovarian cancer proliferation and invasion by the role of keratinocyte growth factor ( KGF) in ovarian cancer cell lines.Methods Transwell assay was used to examine the invasion of the ovarian cancer cells with KGF,then the proliferation ability of the ovarian cancer cells was detected by MTT , the expression of KGF on fibroblast was detected with Western blot .Results Different concentra-tions of KGF had different promotion in the aspect of proliferation of the ovarian cancer cells , 100 pmol/L KGF was more conspicuous with longer culture time ( P<0.01 , for 12 to 48 h) . Conclusion KGF can promote the proliferation and migration of the ovarian cancer cells .
