    This paper analyzed physicians’ and patients’ needs at various levels systematically through the hierarchy of needs theory and analyzed the consistency and conflict on both physicians’ and patients’ needs. It also put forward the feasible approach to improve physician-patient relationship as well as meet needs of both sides.
