本文研究由一个制造商和一个供应商组成的供应链中，当参与者具有不同风险态度时，供应链最优生产能力的设计问题。文中用均值-方差理论衡量参与者的风险态度，分析得出供应链协调时的最优生产能力，并设计了一个批发价策略来实现这一目的。另外，缺货成本在生产能力决策中起着重要的作用。算例分析显示，当缺货成本较小时，最优生产能力的实现依赖于参与者之间风险态度的匹配程度。即相同风险态度的制造商和供应商，更容易实现最优生产能力储备。而且，风险规避程度小的制造商容易与风险偏好程度小的供应商达到生产能力协调。当缺货成本较大时，结论相反。

This paper investigates the problem of capacity decision in a supply chain with one manufacturer and one retailer when the two agents have various risk attitudes. We use Mean-Variance theory to capture the risk preference of each agent and obtain the optimal capacities when the supply chain is coordinated, and propose a wholesale price policy to attain these goals. Moreover, stockout cost plays an important role in capacity decision. In the numerical analyses, it is interesting to find the realization of optimal capacities depends on the degree of one agent's risk preference matching that of the other if the stockout cost is small. Thus, it is easier to achieve optimal capacities when the manufacturer and the supplier have the same risk attitude. Furthermore, a slightly risk averse manufacturer can successfully get the optimal capacities from a slightly risk prone supplier. While the conclusion is on the contrary if the stockout cost is large.
