通过对烟道气酚盐分解制取粗酚工艺中分解塔填料类型的探索及实践运行,证明不锈钢鲍尔环比塑料花环填料及轻瓷材质填料更适合该工艺条件。应用不锈钢鲍尔环,避免了分解塔发生堵塞事故,同时提高了粗酚收率。
通過對煙道氣酚鹽分解製取粗酚工藝中分解塔填料類型的探索及實踐運行,證明不鏽鋼鮑爾環比塑料花環填料及輕瓷材質填料更適閤該工藝條件。應用不鏽鋼鮑爾環,避免瞭分解塔髮生堵塞事故,同時提高瞭粗酚收率。

Through study and practice on types of packings in decomposer for process of crude phenol made from flue gas phenolate decomposition , it proves that stainless steel Pall ring takes priority of plastic Rosette and Celadon filler .By use of stainless steel Pall ring , blockage in decomposer is eradicated and yield of crude phenol is proved .
