利用吨焦煤耗的4种估算方法,分别对7m焦炉和7.63m焦炉的吨焦煤耗进行计算。分析表明,干熄焦烧损率对吨焦煤耗影响较大。利用焦炉装煤量和电子秤配煤2种估算方法能较准确地反映实际吨焦煤耗。
利用噸焦煤耗的4種估算方法,分彆對7m焦爐和7.63m焦爐的噸焦煤耗進行計算。分析錶明,榦熄焦燒損率對噸焦煤耗影響較大。利用焦爐裝煤量和電子秤配煤2種估算方法能較準確地反映實際噸焦煤耗。

The coal consumption per ton coke of 7m battery and 7.63m battery is calculated by four methods .It shows that CDQ burning loss rate has more influence to coal consumption per ton coke .By coal charging quantity and coal blending with electronic scale can reflect the actual coal consumption per ton coke more accurately .
