Through two years of Hubei Baiyunbian xiaoqu traditional Chinese spirits production tracking, analyzing more than 150 wine samples, summed ditty solid liquor distillation curve, exploring the production of seasonal changes affect small liquor trace components and variation. Can be used to guide the production, the amount of quality pick wine, the base wine ratings;ditty solid liquor on new product development, design wine has important reference value.
