高校去行政化成为近年来教育界，乃至全社会持续关注的热点话题。高校去行政化并非可以一蹴而就，而应有张有弛、循序渐进；也绝非仅靠教育部门就可以解决的问题，而是一项复杂的系统工程，既涉及到具体的“瓶颈”问题，也关乎制度的顶层设计，以及整个教育生态各种因素的互相促进与和谐发展。
高校去行政化成為近年來教育界，迺至全社會持續關註的熱點話題。高校去行政化併非可以一蹴而就，而應有張有弛、循序漸進；也絕非僅靠教育部門就可以解決的問題，而是一項複雜的繫統工程，既涉及到具體的“瓶頸”問題，也關乎製度的頂層設計，以及整箇教育生態各種因素的互相促進與和諧髮展。
고교거행정화성위근년래교육계，내지전사회지속관주적열점화제。고교거행정화병비가이일축이취，이응유장유이、순서점진；야절비부고교육부문취가이해결적문제，이시일항복잡적계통공정，기섭급도구체적“병경”문제，야관호제도적정층설계，이급정개교육생태각충인소적호상촉진여화해발전。
In recent years,the de-administration in colleges and universities has become the hot topic as well as the continuing concern of the whole society. The de-administration in colleges and universities cannot be done overnight ,but still keeping tensed and relaxed,step by step;In addition,Education department can not only solve the problem alone. It is the complicated system engineering, which involves the “bottleneck”problem,but also the top-level design of the system,and the mutual promotion between education of ecological factors and the harmonious development of education.
