相变材料在建筑行业中的应用是一项降低建筑能耗的重要措施。本文介绍了建筑节能相变材料的定义、性能特点及分类,分析了建筑节能相变材料的国内外应用研究现状,并总结出建筑节能相变材料应用研究亟待解决问题,提出了相变材料的应用发展趋势,进而为相变材料在建筑行业中降低能耗的应用提供参考。

The application of phase change materials in the construction industry is one of the significance measures to reduce building en -ergy consumption .The definition , characteristics and classification of Phase Change Materials in Energy -Saving building were overviewed in order to offer reference for the application of Phase Change Materials in lower energy consumption in the construction industry .The Ener-gy-Saving building of Phase Change Materials application research status at domestic and overseas were analyzed .The application re-search problems needed to be solved urgently and development tendency of Phase change materials in Energy -Saving building were sum-marized.
