针对铸态组织粗大的特点,采用Gleeble1500热模拟实验机研究了30Cr2Ni4MoV钢在不同条件下热变形时的动态再结晶行为以及晶粒尺寸的变化规律,分析了变形工艺参数对再结晶行为、晶粒尺寸及混晶程度的影响。结果表明,变形温度相同时,随变形量的增加,动态再结晶的比例随之增大;变形量相同时,再结晶的临界变形量随变形温度的升高而降低。变形量在部分再结晶区域时,随变形量的增加,混晶及其占有面积都随之增大。当变形量大于完全再结晶所需临界变形量时,随变形量的增加,混晶及其占有面积都随之减小。

According to the coarse characteristics of the as-cast microstructure , this paper researches dynamic re-crystallization behaviors and grain size variation rule of 30Cr2Ni4MoV steel in thermal deformation process under differ-ent conditions by Gleeble 1500 thermo-mechanical simulator , and it also analyzes the influence of deformation process parameters on recrystallization behaviors , grain size and mixed crystal degree .The result show that the dynamic recrys-tallization ratio would increase with the increasing of deformation amount when deformation temperature is the same , and the critical deformation amount of recrystallization decreases with the increasing of deformation temperature when deforming amount is the same , and mixed crystal and its area increase with the increasing of the deformation amount when deformation amount is in partial recrystallization region , and when the deformation amount is greater than the crit-ical deformation amount required in the complete recrystallization , mixed crystal and its area decrease with the increas-ing of deformation amount .
