本文介绍了在一个高水头混流式水轮机项目转轮设计过程中由于增加了圆筒阀,而缩小了导叶分布圆,引起模型效率明显下降的问题。通过 CFD数值模拟技术对混流式水轮机进行分析,找到问题根源,采取对应措施进行解决。并且通过模型试验进行了验证。

This paper deals with a problem in the runner design of Francis turbine. In this case, adding a cylindrical valve in the hydraulic system leads to reducing the guide vane circle, which induces an obvious decrease of model efficiency. To solve this problem, CFD technology was used to simulate the internal flow and the machanism was discovered. Consequently, corresponding measures were proposed and validated by model test.
