目的:观察正畸力作用前后正畸牙龈沟液中血小板衍生生长因子(PDGF)和白介素-1β(IL-1β)含量的变化,探讨正畸力对牙周组织改建的影响。方法:选择24例需拔除4颗第一双尖牙矫治的青少年患者,牙列排齐整平后,用弹性橡皮链150g正畸力拉尖牙向远中,上颌左侧尖牙为实验组,右侧上颌尖牙为对照组,不加力。分别在加力前,加力后1、3、7、14、28d收集实验牙和对照牙远中临面处的龈沟液,ELISA法检测龈沟液中PDGF和IL-1β的含量。结果:实验组尖牙龈沟液中PDGF、IL-1β的含量在加力后均升高,IL-1β含量3d时达高峰、PDGF含量7d时达高峰,28d恢复至加力前水平。对照组龈沟液中PDGF和IL-1β的含量维持在基线水平。结论:正畸牙受力后龈沟液中PDGF和IL-1β的含量发生动态规律性变化,说明二者参与了正畸牙移动牙周组织的改建。

목적:관찰정기력작용전후정기아간구액중혈소판연생생장인자(PDGF)화백개소-1β(IL-1β)함량적변화,탐토정기력대아주조직개건적영향。방법:선택24례수발제4과제일쌍첨아교치적청소년환자,아렬배제정평후,용탄성상피련150g정기력랍첨아향원중,상합좌측첨아위실험조,우측상합첨아위대조조,불가력。분별재가력전,가력후1、3、7、14、28d수집실험아화대조아원중림면처적간구액,ELISA법검측간구액중PDGF화IL-1β적함량。결과:실험조첨아간구액중PDGF、IL-1β적함량재가력후균승고,IL-1β함량3d시체고봉、PDGF함량7d시체고봉,28d회복지가력전수평。대조조간구액중PDGF화IL-1β적함량유지재기선수평。결론:정기아수력후간구액중PDGF화IL-1β적함량발생동태규률성변화,설명이자삼여료정기아이동아주조직적개건。
Objective:To investigate the effects of orthodontic force on remodeling of periodontal tissue by observing the changes of platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF) and interleukin-1β(IL-1β) content in gingival crevicular lfuid (GCF) of orthodontic tooth before and after action of orthodontic force.Methods:24 teenagers that need to extract 4 ifrst premolars were selected in this study. Straight wire was applied on the teeth and aligned the teeth. The distal force of 150g was exerted to the canine on the left side, the right side canine was taken as control that no force. ELISA was used to detect the PDGF and IL-1βcontent in GCF from the distal position of experimental canine and control canine before action of force and 1d, 3d, 7d, 14d, 28d after action of force. Results:The PDGF and IL-1βcontent in GCF of experimental canine all increased. The IL-1βcontent reached peak at 3d, PDGF reached peak at 7d;they all returned to level before action of force at 28d. While the PDGF and IL-1βcontent in GCF of control canine remained at the base level during the study.Conclusions:Orthodontic force can cause regular dynamic changes of PDGF and IL-1βcontent in GCF of orthodontic tooth, which indicate that PDGF and IL-1βplay an important role in remodeling of periodontal tissue of orthodontic tooth.
