目的:建立颈复康颗粒中羌活、秦艽的鉴别方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法对颈复康颗粒方中羌活、秦艽所含紫花前胡苷、龙胆苦苷进行定性鉴别。结果:斑点清晰,分离度理想,各斑点Rf值适中。结论:本研究中用于鉴别颈复康颗粒中羌活和秦艽的方法操作简便、准确,具有较好的实用性。
目的:建立頸複康顆粒中羌活、秦艽的鑒彆方法。方法:採用薄層色譜法對頸複康顆粒方中羌活、秦艽所含紫花前鬍苷、龍膽苦苷進行定性鑒彆。結果:斑點清晰,分離度理想,各斑點Rf值適中。結論:本研究中用于鑒彆頸複康顆粒中羌活和秦艽的方法操作簡便、準確,具有較好的實用性。
목적:건립경복강과립중강활、진구적감별방법。방법:채용박층색보법대경복강과립방중강활、진구소함자화전호감、룡담고감진행정성감별。결과:반점청석,분리도이상,각반점Rf치괄중。결론:본연구중용우감별경복강과립중강활화진구적방법조작간편、준학,구유교호적실용성。
Objective:To identify Rhizoma seu Radix Notopterygii and Radix Gentianae Macrophyllae in Jingfukang granule. Methods:Thin layer chromatography was used to identify nodakenin of Rhizoma seu Radix Notopterygii and gentiopicroside of Radix Gentianae Macrophyllae in Jingfukang granule.Results:Thin layer chromatography results showed that the spots were fairly clear, the separation and Rf value were satisfactory.Conclusions:The method in this study that identify Rhizoma seu Radix Notopterygii and Radix Gentianae Macrophyllae in Jingfukang granule is simple and accurate, and has better practicality.
