采用裂裂区设计,研究了磷、钾肥与 PP333配施对沟叶结缕草(Zoysia matrella)活性氧代谢和膜脂过氧化反应的影响,结果显示,磷、钾肥 PP333合理配施可以明显提高抗氧化酶系(SOD、POD 和 CAT)活性,丙二醛(MDA)含量大大减少,PMP 与 LOX 与 MDA 含量的变化规律相似。明显降低了膜脂过氧化程度,提高了沟叶结缕草越冬期生长和抗冷性能,外观形态指标表现出密度增加,生长速度加快,叶绿素含量提高,改善了叶色,提高了草坪草冬季景观效果。磷、钾肥与 PP333合理配施有明显的正交互作用,综合各项指标分析,提出最优组合为 P2K3Y2(P2 O5:60 kg /hm2;K2 O:140 kg /hm2;paclobutrazol(PP333):250 mg /L)。

The study on the effects of combination of phosphorus,potassium fertilizer and paclobutrazol (PP333)application on active oxygen metabolism and membrance lipid peroxidation of (Zoysia matrella)was done using a split-split-block field design.The results showed that it is significantly increased the activities of antioxidant enzymes of SOD,POD and CAT,whereas MDA content obviously decreases,the variation tenden-cy of PMP and LOX activity kept the same with MDA content .as a result,the peroxidation of membrane lipid was reduced,Hence the growth,cold-resistance ability.Morphological indexes of turfgrass density、plant height as well as chlorophyll which improved the leaves colour,were significantly increased.The landscape quality of turfgrass was improved during winter in the end.It was demonstrated that there was positive interac-tion among phosphorus,potassium fertilizer and paclobutrazol(PP333 )application.An optimum formula is proposed based on comprehensive analysis of the indexes,the optimum combination of phosphorus,potassium and paclobutrazol(PP333 ) was obtained,which was P2K3Y2 (P2 O5 :60 kg /hm2 ;K2 O:140 kg /hm2 ;pa-clobutrazol(PP333):250 mg /L).
