SBR 改性沥青具有良好的低温抗裂性能和高温稳定性,但过高的沥青混合料拌和温度容易导致 SBR 胶粉的老化和离析,降低其性能。文中在对 SBR 胶粉直投改性沥青性能测试的基础上,引入温拌技术对 SBR 改性沥青及混合料的性能进行改善。通过对 SBR 胶粉温拌直投改性沥青及其混合料的性能试验测试表明,室内直投方法制备的 SBR 改性沥青老化后的延度指标较差,但温拌后 SBR 改性沥青的各项性能指标得到显著提升,而且沥青混合料的各项指标均较为稳定,高低温性能改善明显,达到甚至好于 SBS 改性沥青。

SBR modified asphalt has good low temperature cracking resistance and high temperature stability,but the SBR powder easily leads to aging and isolation when the asphalt mixing stirring at high temperature,which may reduce its performance.In this paper,based on the performance tests of SBR powder direct inputting to preparation SBR modified asphalt,warm mix technology were intro-duced to improve the performance of SBR modified asphalt and its mixture.Test results show that the ductility index of SBR modified asphalt by live inputting in the laboratory is poor,but all the indica-tors of SBR modified asphalt are significantly improved after warm mixing,the indicators of asphalt mixture are stable,and high temperature performance was improved significantly,even better than SBS modified asphalt.
