微表处技术在我国已得到了广泛的应用,但在实际施工中还不能做到对摊铺质量实时有效的控制。文中采用浆体材料的稠度试验方法,利用水量与稀浆混合料和易性的关系,开展不同沥青用量、含水量与稠度的关系的研究,建立了施工级配稠度曲线。同时利用该曲线对依托工程开展应用研究,建立了判别微表处动态施工总含水量的快速、实时质量控制方法,并获得了理想的质量效果。
微錶處技術在我國已得到瞭廣汎的應用,但在實際施工中還不能做到對攤鋪質量實時有效的控製。文中採用漿體材料的稠度試驗方法,利用水量與稀漿混閤料和易性的關繫,開展不同瀝青用量、含水量與稠度的關繫的研究,建立瞭施工級配稠度麯線。同時利用該麯線對依託工程開展應用研究,建立瞭判彆微錶處動態施工總含水量的快速、實時質量控製方法,併穫得瞭理想的質量效果。

Micro surfacing technology has been widely used in China.However,paving quality can not be effectively controlled in construction.So,consistency test of paste materials was used.Relation-ship of different asphalt content,water content and consistency was studied based on the workability between water and slurry mixture.Gradation-consistency curve in the process of construction was es-tablished.Meanwhile,application research was developed according to this curve.In this way,quick and real-time method of quality control for testing water content of dynamic construction of micro sur-facing was established.The quality effect was good.
