通过试验与生产实际,分析了片碱结块的原因,探索出避免片碱结块的工艺参数/方法:片碱温度控制在35℃,每垛8层改为每垛4层(20袋),片碱厚度为0.7~0.8 mm;改善负压系统,减少细小碱尘;包装采用双扎口,尽量减少空气进入量。

The causes of flaky caustic soda caking were analyzed via test and practical production .The following process parameters and method to avoid flaky caustic soda caking were discussed : controlling the temperature of flaky caustic soda at 35 ℃, changing the layers per stack from 8 into 4 ( 20 bags ) , keeping the thickness of flaky caustic soda between 0.7 and 0.8 mm, improving the vacuum system , re-ducing the amount of fine alkaline dust , and tying up packages double to try to reduce air intake .
