采用14.5 tex莫代尔与棉混纺纱、8.33 tex/72 f中空咖啡炭纤维DTY长丝、2.22 tex聚氨基甲酸酯纤维长丝,在日本福原单面针织大圆机上开发一款新型的咖啡炭纤维二次添纱结构功能性针织面料。阐述原料规格、设备参数、添纱工艺、调试要点等编织工艺,以及前处理、染色、后处理等染整工艺及注意事项。给出面料基本参数,并对面料的远红外发射功能、抗菌性能以及吸湿发热性能进行测试,结果表明,该面料具有良好的吸水速干、抗菌防臭、远红外发射、吸湿发热及弹性记忆恢复等功能,具有良好的发展前景。

The paper develops a new kind of plated structured multifunctional knitted fabric on Fuyuan single circular knitting machine made in Japan by using 14.5 tex modal/cotton blended yarn, 8.33 tex/72 f hollow carbon coffee fiber DTY filaments and 2.22 tex polyurethane fiber filament. It introduces in detail the knitting technology including raw material’s specification, equipment parameters, plating technology and key points in adjusting, and the dyeing and finishing technology which includes pre-treatment, dyeing and after-treatment and so on. In addi-tion, the basic technological parameters are given, and the far infrared release, anti-bacterial properties and mois-ture absorption and heat-generating properties are tested. The results show that the fabric has good moisture absorp-tion and fast-dry properties, anti-bacterial and deodorant functions, environment-friendly characteristic, far infrared release function, and flexibility, which has a good future of development.
