为探明水稻千粒重的遗传关系,进而为水稻大粒品系选育提供理论参考,采用相关性及通径分析,对地方品种大粒王和鄂晚10号重组自交系 F5群体的千粒重与表观性状的相关性进行研究。结果表明:垩白粒率、株高与千粒重呈极显著正相关,分蘖数与千粒重呈极显著负相关;通径分析表明,垩白粒率对千粒重的直接作用最大;影响千粒重的主要作用为垩白粒率、株高和分蘖数的直接通径效应。
為探明水稻韆粒重的遺傳關繫,進而為水稻大粒品繫選育提供理論參攷,採用相關性及通徑分析,對地方品種大粒王和鄂晚10號重組自交繫 F5群體的韆粒重與錶觀性狀的相關性進行研究。結果錶明:堊白粒率、株高與韆粒重呈極顯著正相關,分蘗數與韆粒重呈極顯著負相關;通徑分析錶明,堊白粒率對韆粒重的直接作用最大;影響韆粒重的主要作用為堊白粒率、株高和分蘗數的直接通徑效應。
위탐명수도천립중적유전관계,진이위수도대립품계선육제공이론삼고,채용상관성급통경분석,대지방품충대립왕화악만10호중조자교계 F5군체적천립중여표관성상적상관성진행연구。결과표명:성백립솔、주고여천립중정겁현저정상관,분얼수여천립중정겁현저부상관;통경분석표명,성백립솔대천립중적직접작용최대;영향천립중적주요작용위성백립솔、주고화분얼수적직접통경효응。
In order to explore the genetic relationship of rice 1 000-gain weight,so as to provide a theoretical reference for large-seeded line breeding, the relationship between 1 000-gain weight and apparent traits of F5 population of rice recombinant inbred lines(Daliwang and Ewan 10)was studied. Results:The results showed that the chalky rice rate and plant height had a significantly positive correlation with 1 000-gain weight. The correlation of tillers and 1 000-gain weight were negatively significant.The path analysis showed that the chalky rice rate had a biggest direct action to the 1 000-gain weight,the main factors affecting 1 000-gain weight was the direct path effects of chalky rice rate,plant height and tiller number.
