目的：调查顺德区流动人口成年男性生殖健康状况及服务需求，探讨顺德区流动人口成年男性生殖健康的服务模式。方法采用多阶段随机抽样法对符合入选标准的3795例成年男性流动人口进行问卷调查，并由男科医生对入选对象的生殖系器官进行检查。结果成年男性普遍存在各种生殖健康问题，勃起功能国际问卷-5（IIEF-5）评分显示：男性勃起功能障碍（ED）总患病率为32.20%，不同年龄组之间ED患病率及ED程度有明显差异（P＜0.05）。调查对象3795人中，已婚2846人，其中两地分居1687人，占已婚59.28%。34.96%（995/2846）的男性有婚外情，首次性行为对象是性服务工作者在18岁~组最高（P＜0.01），有2个以上性伴侣者18岁~组比率最高，占该组的35.04%（531/1515）。结论男性生殖健康状况应引起相应主管部门的高度关注，给予合适的生殖健康服务。

Obejective To investigate the status and service demands of male reproductive health and explore the suitable service mode of male reproductive health for floating population in Foshan city. Methods The 3 795 adult men in accordance with the inclusion criteria who were selected using multi-stage randomsampling method received a questionnaire investigation. Their reproductive organs were inspected by andrologists. Results Most of adult men had various reproductive health problems. International index-5 of erectile function (IIEF-5) score showed that the general morbidity of ED is 32.20%. Statistic analysis showed the morbidity of ED and the degree of ED was significantly different among different age groups. Of 3 795 adult men, 2 846 married, 1 687 separated (59.28% in married), 34.96% (995/2 846) male had an illegal affair, and the number of their sex object who was sex workers for the first time was the highest in 18~30 age group (P<0.01), and the number of adult with two or more sexual partners were the highest (35.04%, 531/1 515) in 18~30 age group. Conclusion The corresponding authoritiess should pay attention to the male reproductive health, providing suitable reproductive health service.
