借助DPS软件对127个荷花品种进行聚类分析。根据遗传距离将127个荷花品种划分为两大类,依据各品种的相似性状,细分为11小类;聚类分析对于荷花品种间的亲缘关系和遗传多样性的研究是有效合理的,能为修改和改进分类提供帮助,减少育种和生产的盲目性。
藉助DPS軟件對127箇荷花品種進行聚類分析。根據遺傳距離將127箇荷花品種劃分為兩大類,依據各品種的相似性狀,細分為11小類;聚類分析對于荷花品種間的親緣關繫和遺傳多樣性的研究是有效閤理的,能為脩改和改進分類提供幫助,減少育種和生產的盲目性。

An investigation was conducted to take cluster analysis on 127 lotus cultivars by the statistical software DPS.With cluster analysis based on genetic distance, 127 lotus cultivars can be divided into two groups, and 11 sub-culturegroups can be divided into by similar properties .The study was to explore the relationshiop among lotus cultivars and its genetic di-versity to provide the help in modifying and improving classification and reducing the blindness of breeding and producing.
