通过沙培试验设计无磷(P0,0 mmol/L),低磷(P1,0.05 mmol/L),正常磷(P2,0.50 mmol/L)3种磷素处理水平,研究低磷胁迫对5个油茶优良无性系叶片SOD、POD、CAT、Apase酶活性及MDA质量摩尔浓度的影响差异。结果表明:无磷(P0)和低磷处理(P1)叶片保护酶活性及MDA质量摩尔浓度均极显著(P<0.01)高于正常磷处理( P2),5个油茶无性系表现出明显差异。在无磷( P0)和低磷( P1)胁迫下湘林67的叶片SOD、APase活性最高;湘林81叶片的POD、CAT活性最高,叶片MDA质量摩尔浓度最低。与正常磷( P2)相比,无磷( P0)和低磷( P1)胁迫下的5个无性系叶片保护酶活性及MDA质量摩尔浓度变化幅度也表现明显差异:湘林69的SOD活性增幅最大,分别增加了30.87%和18.61%;湘林81的POD活性增幅最大,分别增加了147.37%和70.53%;湘林67的CAT活性在无磷胁迫下(P0)的增幅最大,为52.84%,低磷胁迫下(P1)则以湘林81的增幅最大,为38.2%;湘林69的MDA质量摩尔浓度在无磷胁迫下( P0)增幅最小,为2.62%,低磷胁迫下( P1)则以湘林67的增幅最小,为1.33%。

We studied the activities of superoxide dismutase ( SOD) , peroxidase ( POD) , Catalase ( CAT) , acid phospha-tase (Apase) and content of malondialdehyde ( MDA) in the leaves of five potted clones under different levels of phosphorus addition.The potted Camellia oleifera Abel clones were subjected to three supply levels, non-phosphorus stress (P0, 0 mmol/L), low phosphorus stress (P1, 0.05 mmol/L), and normal P-treatment (P2, 0.50 mmol/L).Vari-ous enzyme activities and MDA content of leaves under P-deficiency treatments (P0,P1) are significantly (P<0.01) high-er than those under normal P-treatment (P2), and there are significant differences among five tested clones.Xianglin 67 has highest activities of SOD and Apase in leaves.Xianglin 81 has highest activities of CAT and POD with lowest content of MDA inleaves .Compared with normal P-treatment ( P2 ) , five tested clones also have significant differences change range of activities of SOD, POD, CAT, Apase and MDA content under P-deficiency treatments ( P0 ,P1 ) .SOD activity (P0,P1) of Xianglin 69 increased most by 30.87%and 18.61%respectively.POD activity (P0,P1) of Xianglin 81 in-creased most by 30.87%and 18.61%, respectively.CAT activity (P0)of Xianglin 67 increased most by 52.84%,and that (P1) of Xianglin 81 increased most by 38.2%.MDA content (P0) of Xianglin 69 increased lest by 2.62%, and that ( P1 ) ofXianglin 67 increased lest by 1.33%.
