在野外条件下,探索基质、激素、激素的质量浓度、浸泡时间对竹枝扦插的影响,以及竹节节数、竹龄、ABT1#对竹节育苗的影响,筛选最佳处理组合,同时了解竹枝、竹节育苗出笋、生根、成活的过程。结果表明:竹枝扦插育苗,以基质河沙、ABT1#质量浓度50 mg· L-1、浸泡1 h处理组合最优,萌芽率82%、生根率68%、发笋率36%。ABT1#、IBA、NAA在促萌、生根、发笋方面有不同的作用,浸泡竹枝以低质量浓度(50~100 mg· L-1),短时间(1~2 h)为宜。埋节育苗以2年生双竹节育苗效率最高,1年生单竹节育苗效率最差,处理组2年生双竹节育苗初期出笋率83%、成活率71%、新生竹4.66根、竹高0.74 m,ABT1#能显著改善双竹节育苗的出笋及成活,对单竹节育苗影响不显著。

재야외조건하,탐색기질、격소、격소적질량농도、침포시간대죽지천삽적영향,이급죽절절수、죽령、ABT1#대죽절육묘적영향,사선최가처리조합,동시료해죽지、죽절육묘출순、생근、성활적과정。결과표명:죽지천삽육묘,이기질하사、ABT1#질량농도50 mg· L-1、침포1 h처리조합최우,맹아솔82%、생근솔68%、발순솔36%。ABT1#、IBA、NAA재촉맹、생근、발순방면유불동적작용,침포죽지이저질량농도(50~100 mg· L-1),단시간(1~2 h)위의。매절육묘이2년생쌍죽절육묘효솔최고,1년생단죽절육묘효솔최차,처리조2년생쌍죽절육묘초기출순솔83%、성활솔71%、신생죽4.66근、죽고0.74 m,ABT1#능현저개선쌍죽절육묘적출순급성활,대단죽절육묘영향불현저。
The experiment was conducted to study the effects of media, hormones, content and dipping time on cutting of bamboo twigs and those of node number, bamboo age and ABT1#on bamboo saplings cultured from internode, screen a best treatment combination and understand the process of shooting, rooting and survival in the culture of bamboo saplings propagated from bamboo twigs and internode.The germination rate of 82%, the rooting rate of 68%and shooting rate of 36%were achieved from the best combination including the matrix of sand, plant growth regulator ABT1# and the content of 50 mg · L-1 (soaked for 1 hour).There are different functions between ABT1#, NAA and IBA on the process of geminating, rating and shooting.Low content (50-100 mg· L-1 ) and short time (1-2 hours) are suitable for branch immersion.Two-year old double slum has the highest propagation efficiency, while annual single slub has the worst seedlings efficiency.The shoot-ing rate of 83%, survival rate of 71% and 4.66 new bamboo per cutting are achieved by the treatment of two-year old double slub.The shooting and rooting of double slub can be obviously improved by the plant regulator ABT1#, while the single slub propagation does not have obvious effect.
