通用办公系统建设已经非常完备,通用功能非常强大,在各个行业的应用中也取得了不俗的业绩,但这些系统专业性不突出,应用到行业中需要针对性的进行二次开发,否则无法得到很好的应用。随着黄委“数字黄河”工程建设的开展以及计算机广域网络的扩大、开发技术运行方式的变化和用户的迅速增长,办公系统的应用需求不断扩大,需要将更多的水利业务系统资源进行集成。“数字黄河”工程规划完成后,我们根据规划首先选择办公系统与水利业务系统结合为突破口,以办公综合信息支持为目标。将办公应用系统进行规范、完善。最终建成办公信息综合平台,在平台的基础上实现现有办公系统与水利业务应用系统的集成。本文通过对黄河水利科学研究院的办公自动化集成系统的案例分析,为大家提供有益的经验,为黄委会“数字黄河”工程建设贡献一份力量。

The construction of general office system is very complete, general function is very powerful, in the application of various industries also achieved good results, but these systems are not prominent, the professional application in the industry need to be targeted for secondary development, otherwise you won't get very good application.YRCC as the de-velopment of"Digital Yellow River"project construction and computer wide-area network expansion, development tech-nology of the rapid growth of the change of operation mode and the users, expanding the application requirements of office system, needs to be more water conservancy business system resource integration. After the completion of the "Digital Yellow River"project, we first selected according to the planning office system combined with water conservancy business system as the breakthrough point, aiming at office integrated information support. It will make a specification, perfect of-fice application system. Finally, built up the office information integrated platform, on the basis of the platform realizes the existing office system and water conservancy business application system integration.This article through analyses to the Yellow River water conservancy scientific research institute of office automation integrated system case, and provides some useful experience for everyone, and for YRCC to contribute the construction of Digital Yellow River"project.
