采用防紫外线整理剂JLSUN RSCJ-966、Herst RHTUV100分别与分散染料对涤纶织物进行防紫外线整理染色同浴研究,分析了两种紫外线吸收剂对于整理后涤纶针织物的防紫外线性能、耐洗牢度和耐晒牢度的影响,得出二者最佳整理工艺条件。结果表明,当JLSUN RSCJ-966用量为3%或者Herst R HTUV100用量为4%时,整理后织物UPF值均可超过50,水洗40次后织物UPF值仍然超过50,织物的耐晒牢度均提高到5级。

The ultraviolet absorbing agents-JLSUN RSCJ-966 and Herst RHTUV100 are used together with dis-perse dye to finish polyester knitted fabric in one bath. The effect of two ultraviolet absorbers on anti-ultraviolet properties and color fastness to washing, fastness to sunlight are analyzed, and the optimum process conditions are obtained. The results show that: when the dosages of JLSUN RSCJ-966 is 3% or the dosages of Herst RHTUV100 is 4%,UPF of the finished fabric is almost over 50,which keeps unchanged after 40 times of washing. Meanwhile,fast-ness to sunlight of finished fabric is improved to Level five.
