介绍了锗纤维的性能特点,并利用锗纤维与莫代尔纤维混纺,混纺比分别为50:50、40:60、30:70,然后用这3种混纺纱开发出3种添纱平针面料,并对面料性能进行测试、比较和分析。结果表明:40%锗纤维、60%莫代尔为最佳的面料设计方案,当锗纤维含量超过40%时面料的抗起毛起球性能变差,成本增加;其次锗纤维含量在30%或者更低时,远红外功能会受到影响;负离子含量的测试表明锗纤维面料具有良好的放射负离子功能,其负离子会通过皮肤进入人体,起到保健的功能。

Based on the good performance characteristics of germanium fiber, the paper develops three kinds of plated plain knitted fabrics by using germanium fiber/Modal blended yarns with three different blended ratios-50/50, 40/60 and 30/70. Besides, the wearing properties of these fabrics are tested, and the results show that 40% germa-nium fiber+60% Modal is the best fiber composition; the pilling resistance properties will be poor when the ratio of germanium content is higher than 40%, and the cost will also increase; the far infrared function will be affected when the the ratio of the germanium fiber is lower than 30%. The test results of negative ions content prove that the germanium fiber knitted fabric bears excellent radiation function, and the negative ions can be absorbed by skin, thus giving healthcare to our bodies.
