课程资源的开发和利用是实现“有效教学”的前提与保障，在品德课程的教学中引进有效（生活）资源可以使课堂更生动，开放教材资源可以使课堂更精彩，把握有效（生成）资源可以使课堂焕发生命光彩。笔者从引进有效（生活）资源课堂才是生动的；捕捉激活课程资源课堂才是精彩的；把握有效（生成）资源课堂才是智慧的三个方面来谈谈“品德与社会”课程资源有效开发。供同仁参考。

The development and utilization of curriculum resources is the premise and guarantee of realizing"effective teaching", and to introduce effective (life) resources to the teaching of morality course can vitalize the classroom. Open textbook resources can make the classroom more wonderful, and the grasp of effective (created) resources can make the classroom shine the brilliance of life. The writer discusses the effective development of "Morality and Society"curriculum resources from three aspects:by the in-troduction of effective (life) resources the classroom can be made vividly; by capturing and activating curriculum resources the classroom can be made wonderfully;the classroom with the grasp of effective (created) resources is wise. The aim is to provide a reference for all colleagues.
