目的：探讨降尿酸治疗对缺血性脑血管病预后的影响。方法从本院2010年10月-2012年10月收治的缺血性脑血管病患者中随机选择100例进行研究，随机分为两组，分别给予常规对症治疗和降尿酸治疗。结果经统计和比较，治疗前两组患者的血尿酸水平差异不显著，（P＞0.05）；治疗后，观察组的血尿酸水平下降为（343±152）μmol/L，显著低于对照组的（456±161）μmol/L，差异有统计学意义，（P＜0.05）。随访12个月，观察组的复发率为2.0%，显著低于对照组的36.0%，差异有统计学意义，（P＜0.05）。结论临床治疗各种缺血性脑血管病的过程中，在常规治疗的基础上积极进行降尿酸治疗，可以有效减少复发的出现，提高预后。
목적：탐토강뇨산치료대결혈성뇌혈관병예후적영향。방법종본원2010년10월-2012년10월수치적결혈성뇌혈관병환자중수궤선택100례진행연구，수궤분위량조，분별급여상규대증치료화강뇨산치료。결과경통계화비교，치료전량조환자적혈뇨산수평차이불현저，（P＞0.05）；치료후，관찰조적혈뇨산수평하강위（343±152）μmol/L，현저저우대조조적（456±161）μmol/L，차이유통계학의의，（P＜0.05）。수방12개월，관찰조적복발솔위2.0%，현저저우대조조적36.0%，차이유통계학의의，（P＜0.05）。결론림상치료각충결혈성뇌혈관병적과정중，재상규치료적기출상적겁진행강뇨산치료，가이유효감소복발적출현，제고예후。
Objective To investigate the effect of urate lowering therapy on the prognosis of ischemic cerebrovascular disease. Methods Randomly selected from the hospital in 2010 October~2012 year in October were in patients with ischemic cerebrovas-cular disease 100 cases studied, were randomly divided into two groups, were given routine symptomatic treatment and urate lower-ing therapy. Results The statistics and comparison, the difference before treatment blood uric acid level in patients of the two groups was not significant (P>0.05), after treatment, the observation group; the serum uric acid level decreased to (343 ±152) μmol/L, significantly lower than the control group (456±161)μmol/L, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After 12 months of follow-up, the recurrence rate in observation group was 2%, significantly lower than the control group 36%, the differ-ence was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The process of various clinical treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular dis-ease, in the conventional treatment based on positive urate lowering therapy, can effectively reduce the recurrence, improve prog-nosis.
