《养生主》是道家经典著作---《庄子》的内篇之一，其中的养生主要指精神保养。文中揭示以心“养生”，重在为道。但当今现实中，修道似乎勉为其难，但《庄子·内篇》揭示的为道之方正解决这一难题，对有心修道养生之人可谓莫大安慰。
《양생주》시도가경전저작---《장자》적내편지일，기중적양생주요지정신보양。문중게시이심“양생”，중재위도。단당금현실중，수도사호면위기난，단《장자·내편》게시적위도지방정해결저일난제，대유심수도양생지인가위막대안위。
