目的：探讨金因肽（GeneTime）与白芍总苷（Total Glucosides of Paeony Capsules ）联合应用治疗口腔糜烂型扁平苔藓的临床疗效。方法：随机将80例糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓患者分成2组进行临床研究。治疗组40例，使用金因肽与白芍总苷；对照组40例，单独使用金因肽。在治疗后1、3个月按3级疗效标准评定总体疗效，疗效指标为有效率。结果：治疗1个月后治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为72．5％、42．5％，2组差异有统计学意义（χ2＝7．366，Ρ＜0．01）。治疗3个月后治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为95．0％、55．0％，2组差异有统计学意义（χ2＝17．067，Ρ＜0．001）。结论：金因肽与白芍总苷联合应用治疗口腔糜烂型扁平苔藓有较好的临床疗效。
목적：탐토금인태（GeneTime）여백작총감（Total Glucosides of Paeony Capsules ）연합응용치료구강미란형편평태선적림상료효。방법：수궤장80례미란형구강편평태선환자분성2조진행림상연구。치료조40례，사용금인태여백작총감；대조조40례，단독사용금인태。재치료후1、3개월안3급료효표준평정총체료효，료효지표위유효솔。결과：치료1개월후치료조화대조조적총유효솔분별위72．5％、42．5％，2조차이유통계학의의（χ2＝7．366，Ρ＜0．01）。치료3개월후치료조화대조조적총유효솔분별위95．0％、55．0％，2조차이유통계학의의（χ2＝17．067，Ρ＜0．001）。결론：금인태여백작총감연합응용치료구강미란형편평태선유교호적림상료효。
purpose :discuss the application of GeneTime with Total Glucosides of Paeony Capsules treatment the clinical curative effect of oral lichen planus .method :Randomly divide 80 cases of OLP patients into two groups in clinical research .T reatment group (40 cases ,the use of GeneTime and Total Glucosides of Paeony Capsules );The control group ,( 40 cases used only GeneTime) .1and 3 months after treat-ment according to standard level 3 curative effect evaluation of curative effect ,overall curative effect for efficient .Results :1 month after treatment in treatment group and control group total effective rate of 72 .5% ,42 .5% respectively ,the two groups was statistically signifi-cant difference (χ2 = 7 .366 ,chi-square Ρ <0 .01) .3 months after treatment the treatment group and control group total effective rate of 95 .0% ,55 .0% respectively ,the two groups was statistically significant difference(χ2 = 17 .067 ,chi-square Ρ <0 .001) .conclusion :Ge-neTime and Total Glucosides of Paeony Capsules ,the combined treatment of OLP has better clinical curative effect .
