体育教学，作为一种能够强健学生体质的社会实践活动，同时也能够把智力与体力实现有机结合，进而促进学生们的全面发展，可谓是丰富学生的校园生活的一项教育。但随着社会的发展与时代的进，对于体育的教学也变得更加丰富，因此，层次递进这一教学模式就得到了广泛的应用，本文就对大学体育“层次递进”教学的构建进行了探讨与研究。
體育教學，作為一種能夠彊健學生體質的社會實踐活動，同時也能夠把智力與體力實現有機結閤，進而促進學生們的全麵髮展，可謂是豐富學生的校園生活的一項教育。但隨著社會的髮展與時代的進，對于體育的教學也變得更加豐富，因此，層次遞進這一教學模式就得到瞭廣汎的應用，本文就對大學體育“層次遞進”教學的構建進行瞭探討與研究。
