分析了近年来国内煤矿水害事故发生的原因,发现所有水害事故直接原因的背后都隐藏着或多或少的意识、技术、管理、投入等方面的深层次原因,针对这些深层次的原因,提出了培育全员水害防治体系、强化矿井充水因素管理、重视防治水现场管理、优化防治水资金投入方向矿井水害防治思路。
分析瞭近年來國內煤礦水害事故髮生的原因,髮現所有水害事故直接原因的揹後都隱藏著或多或少的意識、技術、管理、投入等方麵的深層次原因,針對這些深層次的原因,提齣瞭培育全員水害防治體繫、彊化礦井充水因素管理、重視防治水現場管理、優化防治水資金投入方嚮礦井水害防治思路。

In this paper, the author analyzed the domestic coal mine water inrush accidents in recent years, found the deep reason behind all flood the direct cause of the accident is hiding more or less consciousness, technology, management, and other investment, according to these reasons, put forward to cultivate full disaster prevention system, strengthen the manage-ment, mine water filling factors pay attention to the prevention and control of water management, optimization ofwater pre-vention and control the direction of investment ideas for prevention and treatment of mine water disaster.
