把2.25Cr-1Mo-0.25V钢用线切割方法做成了楔形张开加载预裂纹试样,通过预加载荷和预加位移量的标定及确认,在不同浓度的H2 S溶液中进行了应力腐蚀试验。采用恒定位移法,确定了2.25Cr-1Mo-0.25V钢应力腐蚀裂纹扩展速率和腐蚀临界应力强度因子。
把2.25Cr-1Mo-0.25V鋼用線切割方法做成瞭楔形張開加載預裂紋試樣,通過預加載荷和預加位移量的標定及確認,在不同濃度的H2 S溶液中進行瞭應力腐蝕試驗。採用恆定位移法,確定瞭2.25Cr-1Mo-0.25V鋼應力腐蝕裂紋擴展速率和腐蝕臨界應力彊度因子。

We used linearly separable method to make the wedge opening loading pre-cracked specimens of 2.25Cr-1Mo-0.25V steel by signing the preload and pre-displacement and took stress-corrosion test in different concentrations .Then, we deter-mined the stress-corrosion crack propagation rate da/dt and the critical stress corrosion strength factor KICSS with constant displacement method.
