2012年7月下旬对环罗源湾主要河流入海口处9个采样点的浮游植物组成、密度、生物量以及生物多样性指数进行调查,并与水质理化参数相结合分析了各采样点的水质情况。结果表明:9个采样点共发现浮游植物3门47属116种;浮游植物的密度范围在466.27~40546.00个/L之间,生物量在0.0005~0.4634 mg/L之间;Shannon-Wiener多样性指数的波动范围为2.50~4.65,物种均匀度指数的波动范围分别为0.52~0.97;研究区域的水质居于II~V类,其水质营养等级情况为贫营养至中营养。

2012년7월하순대배라원만주요하류입해구처9개채양점적부유식물조성、밀도、생물량이급생물다양성지수진행조사,병여수질이화삼수상결합분석료각채양점적수질정황。결과표명:9개채양점공발현부유식물3문47속116충;부유식물적밀도범위재466.27~40546.00개/L지간,생물량재0.0005~0.4634 mg/L지간;Shannon-Wiener다양성지수적파동범위위2.50~4.65,물충균균도지수적파동범위분별위0.52~0.97;연구구역적수질거우II~V류,기수질영양등급정황위빈영양지중영양。
This paper investigated the composition, density, biomass and biological diversity index of phytoplankton in the es-tuaries of nine rivers around Luoyuan Bay in late July 2012, combining with analysis on water physical and chemical indexes in each sampling point.The results showed that a total of 116 species which belong to 47 genera of 5 phyla were identified in those rivers.During the study period, the plankton density varied from 466.27 to 40 546.00 ind./L, biomass varied from 0.000 5 to 0.463 4 mg/L.Shannon-Wiener diversity index varied from 2.50 to 4.65, and species evenness index varied from 0.52 to 0.97.The water quality in the rivers was in II-V class, and their trophic levels from oligotrophic to mesotrophic.
