目的:髓过氧化物酶(MPO)是一种重要的含铁溶酶体,是髓细胞的特异性标志,能够识别那些将来发生心血管事件危险性较高的患者。研发MPO便携式检测系统,为基于MPO生物传感器、在对循环伏安法(CV)等多种特异电压下可获得特定的电流进行表征响应的电化学原理。方法:采用TI公司16位MCU芯片实现系统控制,核心输入端用三电极检测技术,通过差分放大、程控放大及抬压电路等构成微弱信号放大检测硬件模块而实施。结果:软件设计是在多种特异电压下获得的生物传感器响应电流的数组MPO的电特性数据,通过特定算法取得其浓度含量,完成测试、分析、显示和存储的全过程。结论:经实验测试本系统具备检测MPO的能力,可作为MPO便携式检测的平台。

Objective:Myeloperoxidase (MPO) is an important sort of heme peroxidase. It can be used to identify those patients who will suffer cardiovascular diseases at higher risk in the future. In this paper, we develop a portable system for the determination of MPO by using several electrochemical principles, such cyclic voltammetry, which could gain specific current responses under specific voltages. Methods:A 16-bit, ultra-low-power MCU is utilized in our system to achieve system controlling, the hardware consists of three-electrode detection module, differential amplification module, programmable amplification module and voltage-uplift module. Results:The software is designed to sample the output of hardware, and then processes the data to calculate the concentration of MPO by specific algorithms;the result will be displayed on the LCD screen. Conclusion:The portable system can be used to detect the concentration of MPO in the buffer and in human serum. Thus, the system can be used as a portable platform for MPO detection.
