根据110 kV高压隔离开关指形触头的特点,研制了触指装配工具,利用机械联动原理实现了单根触指的独立拆装。该工具所用装配方法完全区别于传统装配方法,能够有效保护触指镀层不被损坏,避免了在触指更换过程中对导电杆进行拆装时需要调节三相同期的问题,工作效率大大提高,减少了停电检修时间,提高了供电可靠性。

According to the characteristic of finger-shaped contact of 110 kV high-voltage isolator, the contact finger assembly tool is developed, which achieves independent disassembly of a single contact finger via me-chanical linkage. The assembly method of this tool is completely different from the traditional one. It can ef-fectively protect the coating of contact finger from being damaged and avoid adjusting three phase synchro-nization due to dismounting of conductive poles during contact finger replacement. Therefore, the work effi-ciency is greatly improved, and outage maintenance time can be reduced and power supply reliability can be enhanced.
