分析了传统带电更换10 kV耐张杆绝缘子串作业方法的缺点,对作业中使用的翼型卡具作了改进,比较了新设计的2种改进方案,确定前卡采用翼型卡具方案为佳。经实际带电作业的检验,使用改进翼型卡具可有效提高带电作业效率。

This paper analyzes disadvantages in traditional operation method of live replacement of 10 kV insu-lator strings on tension poles. The airfoil fixture used in the operation is improved. The newly-designed two im-provement schemes are compared, and the application of airfoil card at the front is determined. The practical live work demonstrates that the improved airfoil fixture can effectively improve live work efficiency.
