以病人为中心作为设计理念，在经过前期需求调研的基础上，设计了一个综合的自助医疗系统，该系统以SOA为设计思想，以Oracle11g为后台数据库。包含就医指南、专家介绍、价格公示、费用管理、医院地图、投诉管理等六个方面。在西安市两家医院经过一年的运行试验表明，该系统可以提高患者的就医效率，减轻工作人员的工作负荷。

This paper designed a integrated self-medicine system, which concept is regarded patients as center. The system based on preliminary study. This system used service-oriented architecture as design method. The database of this system is Oracle 11g. This system includes six parts:medical guide, instruction to experts, publicity of price, charges management, hospital map and management of complain. Through an experiment for one year, the result indicated that this system is more convenience for patient’s medicine, and this system reduced staff’s work.
