基于过去10年宁夏国际贸易与利用外资发展情况，本文首先对宁夏经济的外向型进行了测度，结果显示在进出口总额和实际利用外资年均增长率远高于同期地区国内生产总值年均增长率的情况下，宁夏经济的外向型特征及其对地区经济发展的贡献能力呈现弱化趋势；其次对产生这一状况的主要成因进行了深入分析；最后提出了宁夏经济外向型的主要影响因素及其发展策略。
基于過去10年寧夏國際貿易與利用外資髮展情況，本文首先對寧夏經濟的外嚮型進行瞭測度，結果顯示在進齣口總額和實際利用外資年均增長率遠高于同期地區國內生產總值年均增長率的情況下，寧夏經濟的外嚮型特徵及其對地區經濟髮展的貢獻能力呈現弱化趨勢；其次對產生這一狀況的主要成因進行瞭深入分析；最後提齣瞭寧夏經濟外嚮型的主要影響因素及其髮展策略。

Based on the development of international trade and foreign investment utilization in Ningxia, firstly, this Paper measures the export-oriented economy of Ningxia, and the result shows that its annual growth rates of total import and export and foreign investment utilization outclass that of its GDP at the same period. Under such a circumstance, however, there is a weakening trend in the features of export-oriented economy of Ningxia and the contribution capability to the local economic development. Secondly, this Paper deeply analyzes the main cause of formation leading to such situation. Finally, this Paper puts forward the significant problems existed in the export-oriented economy of Ningxia and the suggestion and strategy for its development as well.
