采用浸泡腐蚀试验方法,研究了不锈钢堆焊层材料在Cl-溶液中的腐蚀情况,并通过金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、能谱分析观察表面形貌。研究表明,室温条件下堆焊层材料未发生任何腐蚀。在高温条件下,Cl-的存在诱导了点腐蚀的发生,且随着Cl-浓度的增加,点腐蚀加剧;较高浓度的Cl-可导致缝隙内金属元素Cr的流失,缝隙腐蚀加深;应力腐蚀裂纹有沿晶开裂的特征,应力腐蚀敏感性随Cl-浓度的增加有提高的趋势。

채용침포부식시험방법,연구료불수강퇴한층재료재Cl-용액중적부식정황,병통과금상현미경、소묘전자현미경、능보분석관찰표면형모。연구표명,실온조건하퇴한층재료미발생임하부식。재고온조건하,Cl-적존재유도료점부식적발생,차수착Cl-농도적증가,점부식가극;교고농도적Cl-가도치봉극내금속원소Cr적류실,봉극부식가심;응력부식렬문유연정개렬적특정,응력부식민감성수Cl-농도적증가유제고적추세。
The corrosion properties of stainless steel surfacing layer in chloride solution were investigated using immersion corrosion test .The morphology of corrosion surfaces was inspected by using metallography ,scanning electron microscopy (SEM ) and energy dispersive spectrum (EDS) .The results indicate that no evidence of corrosion on stain-less steel surfacing layer is found at room temperature condition .In the condition of high temperature ,the pitting corrosion is induced by Cl - and the corrosion increases with Cl- concentration .The lack of Cr on the surface of metal is resulted from the high Cl- concentration in crevice solution ,then the crevice corrosion increases .The suscepti-bility to stress corrosion cracking (SCC) of the stainless steel increases with Cl - concen-tration ,and the SCC exhibits the character of intergranular crack .
