目的：探讨脑梗死患者的药学监护，协助医生用药，确保患者用药安全。方法结合脑梗死治疗原则，协助主治医生制定治疗方案，对1例急性脑梗死患者制定个体化的药学监护计划并实施全程药学监护。结果和结论对脑梗死患者实施药学监护，及时发现患者治疗中存在的问题，避免严重后果的出现，提高了药物治疗的安全性、有效性。
목적：탐토뇌경사환자적약학감호，협조의생용약，학보환자용약안전。방법결합뇌경사치료원칙，협조주치의생제정치료방안，대1례급성뇌경사환자제정개체화적약학감호계화병실시전정약학감호。결과화결론대뇌경사환자실시약학감호，급시발현환자치료중존재적문제，피면엄중후과적출현，제고료약물치료적안전성、유효성。
Objective To discuss the mode and the pharmaceutical care for patients with cerebral infarction and improve rational drug use.Methods An individualized pharmaceutical care plan was designed for one case of cerebral infarction patient by considering therapeutic principles of the acute cerebral infarction and analyzing treatment regimen.Results and Conclusion By providing pharmaceutical care for patients with cerebral infarction,the problems related to treatment are able to be identified in time,and the serious consequence is avoided,safety and effectiveness of treatment are ensured.
