目的：探讨卡前列素氨丁三醇联合宫腔填塞纱条治疗凶险型前置胎盘的效果。方法以我院2008年4月～2012年11月73例凶险型前置胎盘产后出血患者为研究对象，根据治疗方法分为卡前列素氨丁三醇联合宫腔填塞纱条组（简称研究组）和缩宫素联合宫腔填塞纱条组（简称对照组），比较分析两组产妇术中出血例数、术后出血持续时间和出血量。结果研究组术中出血6例，显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）；术后出血持续时间（21.7±6.2）h ，出血量（1024.8±157.5） ml ，均显著低于对照组（P＜0.05，P＜0.01）。结论卡前列素氨丁三醇对凶险型前置胎盘产妇降低术中出血发生率、缩短术后出血持续时间和减少出血量等方面显著优于宫缩素。
목적：탐토잡전렬소안정삼순연합궁강전새사조치료흉험형전치태반적효과。방법이아원2008년4월～2012년11월73례흉험형전치태반산후출혈환자위연구대상，근거치료방법분위잡전렬소안정삼순연합궁강전새사조조（간칭연구조）화축궁소연합궁강전새사조조（간칭대조조），비교분석량조산부술중출혈례수、술후출혈지속시간화출혈량。결과연구조술중출혈6례，현저저우대조조（P＜0.05）；술후출혈지속시간（21.7±6.2）h ，출혈량（1024.8±157.5） ml ，균현저저우대조조（P＜0.05，P＜0.01）。결론잡전렬소안정삼순대흉험형전치태반산부강저술중출혈발생솔、축단술후출혈지속시간화감소출혈량등방면현저우우궁축소。
Objective To explore the effect of carboprost ammonia butyl alcohol three combined intrauterine packing gauze in the treatment of pernicious placenta previa effect .Methods The patients of our hospital in 2008 April-2012year in November 73 cases of pernicious placenta pre-via postpartum hemorrhage as the research object ,according to treatmentMethods are divided into carboprost ammonia butyl alcohol three com-bined with uterine packing gauze group (the study group) and simple uterine packing gauze group (control group) ,comparison and analysis of hem-orrhage the number of cases ,patients in the two groups after cesarean Bleeding Duration and bleeding amount .Results 6 cases of group of intraop-erative bleeding ,significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05);(21.7 ± 6.2)h duration of postoperative hemorrhage ,bleeding was (1024.8 ± 157.5)mL ,were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05 ,P<0.01) .Conclusion Carboprost ammonia butyl al-cohol three of the pernicious placenta previa puerpera reduce intraoperative hemorrhage postoperative bleeding ,shorten the duration and reduce the amount of bleeding were significantly superior to oxytocin .
