Developing plastic composite pipe with high strength fiber as the reinforced layer, can improve the compression per-formance and consistent quality of the pipeline to meet the requirements of the market.The production process of winding high strength fiber on the pipeline and the belt winding equipment are researched , and the winding method and the belt-changing method in continuous production are mainly analyzed, the overall structure of the equipment is designed, the dynamic analysis on the key components is done, and the working process of the equipment and the electrical control diagram are illuminated.
