对摩托车转向灯灯盖塑件的结构工艺性进行分析,确定合理的型腔分布和分型面,设计合理的浇注系统、凸凹模结构,绘制了模具整体装配结构图,阐述了模具的工作原理,该设计对类似结构注塑件的模具设计有一定的借鉴作用。

Structure of plastic parts of steering lamp cover for motorcycle is analyzed , the cavity distribution and type of ration-al surface are confirmed, the gating system and the convex concave mold structure are designed reasonably, the mold assembly diagram is drawn and the working principle of the die are expounded , this design has some references for the similar structure die design of injection molded parts.
